Searching for a way to engage with your customers in an efficient and automated way? Introducing Thankster for Shopify, the best way to build a meaningful relationship between customers and your brand. Shopify is an ecommerce platform that allows anyone to easily sell online, at a retail location, and everywhere in between. Once installed, the Thankster app for Shopify will allow a merchant to automatically send authentic-looking handwritten cards by First Class mail right to their customer’s front door, without lifting a finger! Here is how to get started:
Step 1:
If you haven’t already, create a Thankster account! Choose from hundreds of our designer cards or upload your brand’s logo at our site. You can use one of our many handwriting fonts or upload your own.
Utilize merge fields to add a personal touch to your cards. For example, you can personalize the text for each person by putting Dear {*FNAME*}, at the top of your message and Shopify will replace {*FNAME*} with the first name of each customer.
Step 2:
Once you have created your Thankster account and designed a project, head over to the Shopify App Store to download and install the Thankster app! In order to authenticate, you will be prompted to login to your Thankster account.
Step 3:
After installation, open up the Thankster app in Shopify to select the conditions under which you want a card mailed out.
This is where you can choose the project you created in Step 1, or use our generic thank you template. Next, you will need to set the trigger amount. The trigger amount is the minimum purchase value that is needed in order for a card to be sent. For example, if your trigger amount is set at $10.00, a customer will not receive a card unless they have spent $10.00 or more.
Be sure to click “insert” to have the webhook inserted into your Shopify account and you’re done! You can check on the status of your orders on Thankster’s website under My Account and then clicking on Integration Orders.
