With these plans, you pay a small amount at the beginning of the month (the prepay amount), which is credited back at the end of the month.
For example, if your prepay amount is $5 and you send $20 worth of orders in a month, you pay $5 at the beginning of the month, and at the end of the month, you are billed for the remaining $15.
